- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- Perishable goods such as food items are not eligible for return.
Initiating a Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Process:
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Please securely pack the item(s) and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Process:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 2-3 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.

Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement, before they are shipped.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please initiate a return if you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped.
